It is used for sieving the dry raw material in powder form before mixing. It is suitable for separating the foreign particles from dry powder. The material to be screened is fed on to the centre of top screen.

The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery and undersize material is continuously discharge through a tangential outlet.

Pharmaceutical Multi Mill is widely used for Granulation, Pulverization and Mixing. Swinging Hammer Blades and Scrapers arrangement gives Shredding & Chopping Effect The unit consists of Motor drive & Rotor assembly.

The rotor has 4 different speeds - 1400/2200/2600/3200 RPM. The speed variation is achieved by cone pulley & belt arrangement on motor & rotor. Interchangeable Perforated Screen with Charging & Discharging Hopper is provided as per requirement.

The kettle will be a hemispherical type bowl with either Steam/oil/ water heating jacket will be provided. Its supporting system is a Simple stand where no foundation is required. The contact parts of the kettle are made of S.S.316 and there is a jacket of either M.S. or S.S. 304 (as per the client requirement) and outer jacket will have the 50 mm Thk insulation of Glass wool with S.S. 304 sheet.
