Reactor

Reactor is the equipment which is called as a heart of the complete system in the pharmaceutical & chemical Industry. In reactor at certain temperature & pressure, through agitator, mixes two kinds of volumes (or greater than two) liquids, solids and sometimes gases, promotes its reaction usually with thermal effect. And for the same many times it requires to function the temperature during the process and therefore the internal coil or external (Limpet) coil is provided on the equipment.

M.O.C. –
1) Stainless steel in SS 304, 304L, 316 & 316L grade.
2) Carbon steel in any grade.

Agitator type –
1) Anchor type
2) Impeller type

Sealing –
1) Oil seal arrangement
2) Stuffing box (with cooling arrangement if required) arrangement
3) Mechanical seal arrangement
